Commission, Plushie Rubeus

A plushie commission for the very sweet, and incredibly patient

Here's Rubeus, villainous character from Sailor Moon. I was so excited about the request that she made!! The nostalgia of revisiting something I was fond of when I was younger, and still am today, was great. That's one of the classics, when it comes to anime and manga.

The details on this guy... I never would have guessed, when I first started. He's drawn so simply, but, the design's anything but. I'm essentially referring to that hair!!! It was so tricky to work with!!! But, after much toil and strategizing, I think it turned out okay. I'm a bit nervous, so I hope she likes it.

He's also got his tiny felt earrings, those beautiful purple-diamond shaped ones, and that little itty-bitty medallion necklace. And, as the final touch, adorning that contented smirk, I painted his Black Moon symbol last.
